His day-to-day tasks involved coordinating events and services, managing staff, and addressing any concerns that guests might have. This role required excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills, all of which our founder possessed in abundance.

As a real estate developer, our founder had an eye for potential investments and opportunities. He would survey the local real estate market, identifying properties that he believed had the potential for success. He would then oversee the construction or renovation of these properties, ensuring that they met his exacting standards.
